1. General information
ABS FIX EU provides coordination of ABS module repairs in cooperation with professional partners in Europe. All repairs are covered by a warranty in accordance with the partner’s terms and conditions.
2. Warranty period
All repaired ABS modules are covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the invoice date.
3. Warranty coverage
The warranty covers the work performed during the repair and the components used, ensuring proper operation of the ABS module under normal conditions.
4. Warranty exclusions
- mechanical damage;
- damage caused by improper installation;
- failures in other vehicle systems;
- damage caused by external factors (e.g. water, chemicals, etc.);
- if the ABS module has been opened or repaired by a third party.
5. Installation and removal
ABS FIX EU does not provide installation or removal services. All installation-related costs and risks are the responsibility of the client or the service provider performing the installation.
6. Transportation
The warranty does not cover damage caused during transportation unless it is directly related to the repair process.
7. Warranty process
In case of a warranty claim, the client must contact ABS FIX EU, and we will coordinate the process with our partner.
8. Additional conditions
The warranty may be void if improper use is detected, including contamination of the ABS module with liquids other than brake fluid (e.g. water, cleaning agents).
