Description
ABS unit faults usually have clear symptoms — ABS warning lights come on or flash, an error appears after starting the motorcycle, the ABS pump does not work correctly, brake assistance is lost, or diagnostics show fault codes related to the ABS control unit.In such cases, the entire ABS module does not always need to be replaced. Many ABS units can be repaired while keeping the original module and restoring its correct operation.
We have experience with ABS units from different motorcycle manufacturers and common faults such as pump motor problems, relay defects, electronic failures, pressure sensor errors and communication issues.
We inspect the ABS unit, identify the cause of the fault and carry out the necessary repair so the ABS system can work correctly again. We repair ABS units — we do not simply disable the ABS system. After repair, the unit is tested and the repair is covered by warranty.
